We now have an exciting opportunity available for a bank Cleaner to be based at these beautiful apartments. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Cleaning and maintaining all areas detailed on the cleaning schedule both internal and external, to the prescribed standards
  • Operation of a scheduled cleaning maintenance programme, daily, weekly, monthly, annually
  • Reporting to the Manager damage to fittings, fabric of the buildings or equipment
  • Advising the Manager of cleaning materials stock
  • Follow all health and safety requirements of role
  • Ensuring up to date knowledge of and adhering to all Cross Keys Homes policies and procedures
  • Cleaning specified areas within customer’s homes including bathroom toilets, kitchen, living room, bedrooms and hallways
  • Good knowledge and experience of cleaning
  • Ability to recognise and adhere to safety instructions and warnings on products and equipment
  • Understand responsibilities under the Health & Safety at Work Act
  • Understand provisions of COSHH Regulation

Benefits

  • This is a flexible position which means hours will be agreed in advance on an ‘as and when’ basis, however the hours are usually during the day time Monday to Sunday.

  • Hourly rate of £8.45 per hour
